Showing Up Matters
Giving back is an intentional part of our culture. Each year, Northwest sets aside time and resources to support organizations, events, and causes that are meaningful to our team and the communities we call home.
We encourage our employees to get involved, too. Every Northwest team member receives up to 24 hours of paid volunteer time each year to support causes that matter to them.
Community involvement
More Than a Donation
Sometimes the best thing we can give is our time. Northwest employees regularly get involved by serving meals at The Banquet, participating in local parades and Trunk or Treat events, connecting with kids at Touch-A-Truck and career events, and volunteering throughout our communities.

Other times, we can help by doing what we do best. Our crews have donated their time, equipment, and expertise to pro bono projects throughout the region, including special projects for organizations like Make-A-Wish. When our capabilities can help make something meaningful happen, we're happy to lend a hand.

Supporting Good Work
Northwest also supports organizations and causes through charitable contributions, event sponsorships, and fundraising efforts. From supporting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to sponsoring charitable events such as a golf tournament benefiting diabetes initiatives, we look for meaningful opportunities to support causes that matter to our employees and communities.
