His commitment to family values, strong leadership, and investing in people established the culture that continues to guide Northwest today. And when the team needs an extra set of hands, you'll still find Don behind the wheel hauling oversized loads across the Midwest while continuing to mentor and support the next generation of Northwest leaders.

Landon leads Northwest Corp. with a focus on strategic growth, customer relationships, and developing the next generation of leaders. Inspired by the leadership and values established by his father, he is committed to building on Northwest's strong foundation while preparing the company for continued growth. He works closely with customers, industry partners, and local business leaders to strengthen relationships and create new opportunities throughout the region.

Logan oversees Northwest's daily shop operations and works closely with field crews to keep projects running safely and efficiently. As Vice President, he leads with a people-first mindset, fostering a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. While he oversees day-to-day production, he's never afraid to jump behind the controls of a crane or big rig when the job calls for it—reflecting the hands-on leadership that defines Northwest.

Anthony joined Northwest Corp. in 2010 as a crew member and quickly helped launch the company's crane and rigging division. Today, he oversees operations, project and lift planning, sales, logistics, and field execution while leading one of the region's most respected crane and rigging teams. His commitment to safety, customer relationships, and operational excellence continues to drive the division's success. When the need arises, you'll still find Anthony behind the controls of one of Northwest's cranes, leading by example. 

Chantz coordinates the day-to-day scheduling and logistics that keep Northwest's crane division running efficiently. Working closely with customers, operators, and project teams, he helps ensure equipment, crews, and projects are aligned for safe, timely, and successful execution. His strong communication, attention to detail, and collaborative approach help keep every project moving forward.

Mike began his career at Northwest Corp. as a concrete cutter, gaining firsthand experience in the field before transitioning into sales and management. His understanding of the work, the equipment, and what it takes to complete a project successfully allows him to provide practical solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Together with Nic, Mike helps lead the continued growth of Northwest's Concrete Cutting & Demolition division by building trusted relationships and supporting projects from estimate through completion.

Nic began his Northwest career in the field as a concrete cutter, giving him valuable hands-on experience that continues to shape his customer-first approach. His practical knowledge helps contractors, businesses, and project teams identify the right concrete cutting and demolition solutions while keeping projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Together with Mike, Nic is committed to growing Northwest's Concrete Cutting & Demolition division through responsive service, strong partnerships, and dependable results.

Behind every successful project is equipment that's ready to perform, and that's where Jarrod comes in. As Shop Manager, he oversees the maintenance, repair, and reliability of Northwest's cranes, heavy haul trucks, trailers, concrete cutting equipment, blades, and specialized tools. He also takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient shop—ensuring our crews have the equipment they need, when they need it, to keep projects moving safely and on schedule.

Mike keeps the numbers, financial systems, and day-to-day accounting at Northwest running smoothly. As a CPA, he brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to managing the company's finances and helping keep the systems behind the business connected. Quiet by nature but mighty with the numbers, Mike is always willing to talk through a question, provide insight, and help the team make sense of the details that keep Northwest moving forward.
