Since 1981, Northwest Corp. has grown from a family-owned concrete cutting company into one of the Midwest's trusted specialty contractors. While our services and capabilities have evolved, our foundation has remained the same: family values, hard work, and a commitment to putting people first.
Founded in 1981, Northwest Corp. Concrete Cutting built its reputation on integrity, quality workmanship, and dependable service. Those values established a strong foundation that continues to guide the company today.
When the Lueders family became the second family to lead Northwest in 1999, they honored that foundation while helping the company grow. Today, Northwest remains family owned and family led, carrying forward the same commitment to people, relationships, and doing the job right.

For more than four decades, Northwest Corp. has been guided by only two families. That continuity has preserved the values that shaped the company from the beginning while allowing it to grow alongside the customers and communities it serves.
Under the Lueders family's leadership begining in 1999, Northwest expanded beyond its concrete cutting roots to include crane & rigging, heavy haul transportation, demolition, industrial storage, and logistics support. While the services evolved, the company's commitment to quality, integrity, and family values remained unchanged.
Today, Landon and Logan Lueders continue that legacy, leading Northwest with a vision focused on investing in people, supporting customers, and building a company prepared for future generations.

From its beginnings in concrete cutting, we've expanded our services and service areas, opened a second headquarters in Rapid City, and invested in a new building in Sioux Falls—all with one goal: better serving the people and communities who trust us.
