Safety Culture

A strong safety culture starts with consistent communication. Our teams come together for Monday safety meetings to discuss important topics, jobsite conditions, lessons learned, and ways we can continue improving.

We also invest in opportunities that support our employees beyond their day-to-day work, including CPR certification and training opportunities, as well as incentivized gym membership reimbursement that encourages overall health and wellbeing.

Through hands-on training, vendor demonstrations, safety education, and employee resources, the event gives our team an opportunity to learn, connect, and discover new ways to stay safe and healthy both on and off the job.

NCCCO
Crane Operator Certification
National Commission Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) provides nationally recognized certification programs for crane operators, riggers, and signalpersons. These credentials help demonstrate the knowledge and skills needed to perform crane and rigging work safely and professionally.
CSDA
Concrete Sawing & Drilling Association
CSDA supports the concrete cutting, polishing, and imaging industries through education, training, safety resources, and industry best practices. Membership helps keep our team connected to evolving techniques, equipment, and standards.
Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire
Local Industry Membership
The Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire connects professionals throughout the local building industry. Our involvement helps Northwest build relationships and stay engaged with the contractors, businesses, and communities we serve.

Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association
SC&RA represents companies involved in specialized transportation, crane, and rigging operations. Membership provides access to industry education, safety resources, best practices, and a network of professionals tackling many of the same complex challenges we do.

CDL
Commercial Driver Licensing & Training
Commercial Driver's Licenses help ensure qualified team members have the training and knowledge required to safely operate commercial vehicles (our training provided by the AGC). CDL capabilities are especially important to our heavy haul, crane, equipment, and logistics operations.
